Visual Arts Summer Instructor I/II
This posting is for up to four positions including both Visual Arts Instructor I and Visual Arts Instructor II.
We are seeking:
- 1 Visual Arts Instructor I at Gallery@501
- 2 Visual Arts Instructor I’s at Smeltzer House Visual Arts Centre
- 1 Visual Arts Instructor II at Smeltzer House Visual Arts Centre
These are seasonal positions starting mid-June with an expected end date of August 28, 2026.

Blending lyrical storytelling with reflections gathered over years of performance, travel, and listening across Alberta, this new work invites readers into a world shaped by winter landscapes and human connection.
The afternoon will feature live readings, special guest performances, and a celebration of story in community! Tickets are $10 or Pay What You Can.

Join us for an evening with novelist Scott Alexander Howard, featuring a reading, discussion with Grant Stovel, and audience Q&A celebrating his acclaimed debut novel The Other Valley. Howard, who lives in Vancouver and holds a PhD in philosophy from the University of Toronto, brings a rich interdisciplinary perspective shaped by his postdoctoral work at Harvard on memory, emotion, and literature.
