Al Fresco Open Mic at Battista's; An Alberta Avenue Mercato Notte

July 25 at Battista’s Calzone Co (11745 84 Street NW)

Businesses, community partners and vendors are coming together to create a series of Night Markets in the heart of Alberta Avenue this summer. Each Night Market will be held in a different location with a unique vibe that reflects the featured business.

Market goers can expect a laid-back, family-friendly and inclusive environment to pick up locally-made goods, enjoy a bite to eat or sit and relax with friends on a beautiful summer evening.

Calling all musicians, poets, comedians and storytellers! Battista’s Night Market is hosting an Open Mic during the event, July 25 from 6-10PM.

Each artist will have 10 minutes to perform. There are 12 spots for the evening which will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Technical support will be limited to a microphone and portable amp. Please bring any additional equipment you need.

How it works: Participants should arrive 30 minutes before each time slot to sign up.
Only 4 spots per time slot.
Spotlight 1: Sign up at 6 pm, performance 6:30 - 7:10
Spotlight 2 : Sign up at 7 pm, performance 7:30 - 8:10
Spotlight 3: Sign up at 8 pm, performance 8:30 - 9:10
