The Carrot Friday Nite Live presents Spotlight performer: Jed and the Valentine – October 17

Live music starts at 7:00 pm | $20 Cover | Youth (12 & under) $10 | All Ages
Location: The Carrot Community Arts Coffeehouse (9351 – 118 Ave NW)

Armed with their own personal brand of prairie-folk, Edmonton’s Jed and the Valentine write sun-dappled, genre-defying folk songs that blend soul-stirring harmonies with earthy guitar strums and wistful banjo plucking. In just a few years, the duo has seen growth happen in double-time; they have quickly grown their social media following collectively to a quarter of a million and have found themselves on the stages of major folk festivals in Western Canada, proving quickly that this duo is undeniably one to watch. A pair of dreamers, Jed and the Valentine excitedly look onward with the release of their sophomore album, ‘In Like a Lion, Out Like a Lamb’.
