Greenwood Singers invites you to "Home for the Holidays," a seasonal concert exploring how we find that feeling of home during the Christmas season. Jesse Morrison opened our season last year with a solo recital and returns in a new guise with cellist Clare Bradford presenting repertoire that spans a century, from Rebecca Clarke’s Two Pieces (1920) to Tanner Porter’s Under This Breath (2020). Centering the program is American Haiku by Paul Wiancko, California-based composer and current Kronos Quartet cellist. This 2014 work explores his heritage and identity, combining American and Japanese folk influences with his classical music training.

We are The Rose Coloured Boys the embodiment of blind optimism. We choose to see the beauty in life, no matter the challenges, always turning our eyes toward the light even when the shadows grow long. In a world of chaos and imperfection, we hold on to the belief that everything can still turn out beautifully, even if it feels distorted or flawed. Our music is a reflection of that hope a reminder that there’s always something worth cherishing, and always a reason to keep believing.
