Since early 2022, Aeris traveled over 3600km to research and meet up with the 10 Alberta Old Buildings’ owners, directors, curators, staff, and volunteers. Indeed, it allows her to better understand each building’s existing structure, history, and story to enrich the creation.

Therefore, famous buildings included the Red Deer Cronquist House, Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, Calgary Lougheed House, Edmonton’s Alberta Government House, Jasper Information Centre, Lake Agnes Tea Houses, other museums, a railway station other heritage sites.

In spring 2023, Aeris accommodated a technology Augmented Reality (AR) into her 20 pieces of artwork, ultimately unveiling her creative process video & research photos by simply scanning with the free downloadable app – Artivive.
