If you would like to share arts opportunities, events, or other community arts news through the AFA website, please submit a story using the form below. New posts are featured on the front page of the AFA website, and staff will typically publish new posts within a week.

Please follow instructions closely, especially those related to publishing an image, for quicker turnaround time. (Don't forget to provide details like deadline dates, contact information, time of event or address, or website where folks can find more information.)

Include a brief sentence description - maximum 150 characters. This will appear below the title of the opportunity on the news page, so it should help artists determine if this opportunity applies to them.

Provide a detailed description of the opportunity, including: what the submission is about, relevant links, and contact details (name, phone number, email) for questions. For Arts Opportunities, also include: who can apply, deadlines, how to apply (with an email address or URL if possible). If the organization has a website, include a link to its webpage.
Image size requirements: 600px X 300px Do not upload any copyrighted images, unless you are the copyright holder.
Files must be less than 2 MB.
Allowed file types: gif jpg jpeg png.
