Event Description: This 90-minute webinar is an invitation to step back from the change work that you are doing or hope to do within the non-profit arts and culture sector and ask, how can we collectively contribute towards change with the gifts that we have?
In this webinar we will explore:

  • why change is difficult / and when so much change is happening
  • who is doing change work and why it matters
  • how understanding ourselves can contribute to change
  • why we need each other to make change happen
  • what making space for change may look and feel like
  • how we care for ourselves and each other through change
