Individual project grant workshops for dance

Dance Individual Projects Grant Program Workshop Sessions for the upcoming Sept 4, 2024 deadline will be taking place online during the month of August.

Dance students, arts administrators, emerging and senior artist are invited to join Paul Reich, Arts Development Consultant to learn about applying to the Alberta Foundation for the Arts (AFA) Dance Individual Projects Grant program ($18,000 grant maximum).

Noon time workshops will explore “grantsmanship” from the AFA perspective. Topics will include how to write your project ideas, budget basics, and how support materials are helpful to a grant application.

There will be time for a Q&A, and some take away help documents will also be provided.
