Job description

The Gallery Shop Coordinator reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for providing excellent customer service to both shop clients and artist. The coordinator must possess outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, alongside a passion for Craft.

Working collaboratively with the Edmonton Shop Coordinator to ensure successful communication and delivery of retail services in support of Alberta Craft artists, customers, and corporate clients.
They should be able to work independently and have the drive to continually improve processes and procedures for the benefit of Alberta Craft, its artists and customers. Primary duties include engaging visitors, in person and online sales, artist coordination and promotion, inventory processes, monthly and annual retail reports, managing corporate clients and merchandising.
