Head of Scenic Carpentry - Production Department - Reporting to the Director of Production and working frequently with the Technical Director, the Head of Scenic Carpentry will be responsible for the safe and effective operation of the scenic workshop.
Assistant Technical Director - Production Department - Reporting to the Technical Director and working frequently with the Director of Production, the Assistant Technical Director will be responsible for ensuring high quality production values for all Citadel productions, presentations, and rental events and making appropriate, effective, and safe use of our facilities and human and financial resources.
House Captain - Front of House - Reporting to the Front of House Manager, The House Captain ensures smooth and efficient seating and departure of patrons at performances and events.
Guest Services Representatives - Box Office - Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the GSR is an integral part of the Citadel team. The successful candidate(s) will work along side the GSR Team, selling tickets, packages, classes and merchandise. The GSR must be ready to take a proactive role in creating a respectful and positive workplace where all our stakeholders are excited, connected and invested in the work of the theatre.
