The Producer role is dynamic and adapts to the needs of each project, beginning with collaboration between management and creative teams throughout the entire process. From building teams and development to negotiations, scheduling, production, even co-production and touring, Producers are deeply involved in many aspects of theatre creation.

Overview  

This program provides early-career stage managers with the opportunity to enhance their skills under the guidance of professional mentors. Expand your stage management toolkit through hands-on experience in prompt script creation, script analysis, and effective communication. Gain practical experience supporting Kohkom’s premiere production of Babushka, as an assistant stage manager during the program.
