Join us February 20, 2026 for the Big Fun Chinese New Year Dinner - 2026, a cherished celebration honouring the spirit and culture of Calgary's Chinatown. As we gather around tables, enjoy a meal that brings together tradition and community. This event supports Friends of Chinatown's mission of cultural preservation and local engagement and is a special fundraiser for the Kiyooka Ohe Arts Centre, Calgary's largest outdoor sculpture park.

This is a family friendly event and attracts over 300 people every year for a fun banquet that is an auspicious way to kick off the new year. Ticket prices are the same whether they are for kids or adults.

When: Friday, February 20, 2026 from 6:30 to 10 pm

Note: The meal includes vegetarian dishes but contains meat, dairy, and gluten and is shared family style.
