About the Fellowship

The Emerging Curator Fellowship program provides blossoming curatorial talent a platform to grow and develop by contracting an individual to curate an exhibition of Albertan visual art. The initiative is intended to bring a new perspective to the artworks and artists featured in the AFA Art Collection. The final exhibition produced as a result of this fellowship will be displayed at the AFA art house in Calgary in 2027.
