'Before We Go' Launch Party

How do you want to be remembered in death?

Cézanne asks her readers this important question in Before We Go, a memoir and guidebook that hopes to assist humans in living and dying authentically.

In response to research conducted at MacEwan University that showed a deeply-rooted fear of death in Northwestern society, the idea for this contemplative journal bloomed. 

Through thought-provoking questions and her own personal reflections, Laurette offers a space in which honestly-expressed thoughts can be penned. Readers are invited to join the author on this grounding journey to share about their current selves and document how they would like to be celebrated, remembered, and cared for in their death. Ultimately, readers will create their own memoir to be picked up by loved ones left behind.
