Fostering Arts and Culture in Alberta

The Alberta Foundation for the Arts (AFA) is the primary arts resource and grant funding body in Alberta.

AFA funding opportunities provide support for Alberta arts organizations and individual artists through a variety of granting programs.

Learn how the AFA is working towards its goal of full and equal participation in the arts in Alberta.

The AFA collects, manages and shares the largest collection of visual artwork by Albertan artists anywhere in the world.

We support and celebrate Alberta art.

The Alberta Foundation for the Arts exists to encourage and support the arts as a significant contributor to quality of life in Alberta.
